Hi I have purchased a unitra fonica pl731 turntable from an auction here in France ,it has major motor power problems running very slowly or not running at all,as this is a polish made turntable I wondered if anyone had experienced the same problem and found the cause.I apologise for posting in English its not because I assume you all speak English but because my polish is non existent and I do not trust google to translate accurately. Did you put in it internals from dual 2010 or not ?

What voltage is at motor terminals when it tries to start? Maybe motor have some misalignment between housing and brushes. It happens often when motor was not properly assembled during cleaning or lubrication.
Schematic should be similar to fonica G8010 - easy to find.
